A second half burst helped St. Anthony's College thrash hometown rivals Vidyartha College by 62-28 in the Plate Segment game of the Singer Schools Under-20 Rugby League Championship played at Nittawela on Sunday (30).
In the first half Vidyartha played their hearts out to trail by a single point as St. Anthony's had to fight to gain a 22-21 lead at halftime.
The Antonians scored off 10 tries and six conversions while Vidyartha scored from four converted tries.
