Isipathana College, aiming at regaining the Singer Schools Under-20 League Championship 2016, recorded a smashing 43-8 victory against Wesley College in their second round match played at Royal Sports Complex on Monday (30).
Isipathana, who led 10-3 at halftime, scored from seven tries and four conversions.
Wesley scored from an unconverted try and a penalty.
The final rites of veteran broadcaster, writer, and lyricist Nirmala de Alwis will be held today at Peradeniya.
