In a match which could have gone either way, Isipathana College overcame Trinity College by 32-22 in their Singer Schools Under-20 League Rugby Cup Championship match played at Longdon Place today (4).
Isipathana led 17-8 at halftime.
Trinity challenged right throughout but Isipathana played up to their potential to win the game through five tries, two conversions and a penalty.

The final rites of veteran broadcaster, writer, and lyricist Nirmala de Alwis will be held today at Peradeniya.
