Veteran civil servant, diplomat, and politician Sarath Amunugama speaks to the Sunday Times on volume two of his autobiography titled 'Paris and Back'. The book covers the period from 1977 to 1990, and recounts the multiple roles Dr. Amunugama played during the JRJ years as many a landmark event unfolded transforming the destiny of this country. The book was published by Vijitha Yapa Publications.
