Earth slips at Dewanagala, Aranayake

The pet dog of all four family members killed in the landslide in Devanagala, Aranayake on Saturday survived the tragedy. The dog not only stayed around the site, but was also seen trying to dig into the mud with its paws giving a clue where the bodies were buried, Eventually rescue workers had tried to drive the dog away thinking it was a distraction, but later followed the clue given by the pet.
