The Batticaloa Campus - a non state degree awarding institution has been subjected to criticism with some claiming that Sharia Law is to be taught to students who would follow the Law stream. This week, Times Online was granted permission to visit the Campus which is currently under construction.
The Presidents’ Entitlements (Repeal) Bill under which benefits for former Presidents would be reduced has been gazetted.
