Weam Al Dakheel, a Saudi national, became Saudi Arabia's first female news anchor on the country's state owned TV channel Al- Saudiya, international media reported.
Al Dakheel is said to have anchored Al-Saudiya's main bulletin on Thursday (20) along with a male colleague.
