Vietnamese President Tran Dai Quang passed away at the age of 62 a short while ago.
According to a statement relased by the healthcare division, President Quang succmubed to death at 10:05 am at 108 Military Central Hospital in Hanoi.
It is reported that the President received treatment from the medical team at home (Vietnam) and overseas.
The current Vice President of Vietnam, Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh has been appointed as the Acting President following Quang's death.
