NGO vehicle hit by blast

driver of an INGO was injured when his vehicle was caught in an explosion at Kanakarayankulam in the Vavuniya district yesterday evening, a spokesperson said.

FORUT spokesperson Antoinette Ludowyke said the driver was going to Vavuniya when the vehicle was caught up in the blast. The vehicle was slightly damaged, she said.
