The total collection of 50 cinemas around the country was handed over to veteran actress Malani Fonseka by producer Beven Perera at a ceremony held at the BMICH recently.

“It was a great opportunity to join this project which is done to promote racial harmony through art,” Beven said speaking about the donation.

“Building a cultural centre for the people in the North is an important effort to build friendship between the people in the two parts of the country,” Beven added.
