Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA) Certified Treasury Manager (CTM)

For Sri Lankan Finance professionals to benefit from and excel, harnessing the opportunities in the global market. CIIA is considered as the world's second largest Investment Analyst Qualification and is recognized as a valuable forum for exchange of knowledge, ideas and education in the International Investment fields.

The Association of Certified International Investment Analyst is an international umbrella organization comprising national and regional associations of Investment Professionals that award the Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA) qualification.

CIIA professionals exceed 50,000 members linked around the world and represent the European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies (EFFAS) & Asian Securities Investment Federation (ASIF)
CIIA operations are diversified throughout Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, China, Taipei, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hongkong, Hungary, India, Iran, Italy, Japan, Kazakhastan, Korea, Luxembourg, Mexico, Morocco, Netherlands, Nigeria, Poland, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tunisia, Ukrain etc.

In the United Kingdom CIIA has been recognized by the FSSC (Financial Services Skills Council) as one of the two key qualifications for investment professionals. The programme is beneficial for Financial Analysts, Portfolio Managers, Investment Advisors, and Senior Bankers.

The CIIA programme covers Finance Accounting and Statement Analysis, Corporate Finance, Equity Evaluation and Analyzing, Fixed Income Evaluation and Analysis, Portfolio Management, Professional Standard and Ethics.

Students who complete all 3 examinations at the national level become eligible to receive the award of the post graduate diploma in Investment Analysis by the ICFAI university India and the Certified Portfolio Management and Research will be conferred on those who have completed the national level examination in the designation of Certified Portfolio Manager (CPM) subject to the fulfillment of requisite membership criteria.

Students who successfully complete the International level (Final stage ) of CIIA examinations will be awarded the CIIA qualification by ACIIA, Switzerland.

CTM
The ICFAI Certified Treasury Managers Qualification (CTM) recognizes globalization imperatives and has established a close network in relationship with the leading institutions and professional bodies around the world.

CTM is recognized by the International group of Treasury Associations UK (IGTA). The qualification maintains the highest standards of professional ethics and best practices among the treasury professionals worldwide to maintain the profile of treasury professionals.

The CIM curriculum covers Treasury Management, Foreign Exchange Management, Risk Management, including hedging, debt instruments, swaptions, valuation and tax implications etc.

Through member associations and observers of IGTA, CTM is known as a recognized treasury qualification to FTA Australia, ASCP Austria, ATEB Belgium, TMCA Canada, DACT Denmark, AFTE France, GEFIU Germany, SIT UK, AITI Italy, JACFO Japan, DACT Netherlands, INFINZ New Zealand, ACTS Singapore, AFP USA, etc.

The students who complete the programme will be awarded the post graduate diploma in Treasury Forex Management from ICFAI University, and ACTM will confer the designation of Certified Treasury Manager subject to the fulfillment of the membership criteria.
