Odiyal Kool - an exotic concoction of seafood, vegetables, carefully measured spices and odiyal flour is the signature dish of the festival.

An array of authentic favourites brought to life according to traditional recipes to choose from - paal appan (kiri appa), paper thosai, porriyal, and delicately flavoured mouth-watering crabs and prawns. There will be a wide selection of vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes.

Jaffna Food Festival with traditional tunes, palmyrah trees and intricate kolam sets are now in action at the Holiday Inn on Saturday and Sunday till September 7.
