Art Sir’s Art Students

One of Sri Lanka’s top trainers in art and design, Madhava Arunashantha will be celebrating the 10th year of his professional career with an exhibition compiled of his students’ work from 3.30 pm on April 3 to 5 at the Lionel Wendt Gallery.

This exhibition titled “Art Sir’s Art Students 2009”  is the first in a series of events organised by the Colombo College of Design for this year showcasing the Art & Design works of primary level, O-Level , Advanced Level  and adult students.  

Madhava was awarded a first class degree in painting and drawing from the prestigious College of Art of the University of Delhi and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from the Faculty of Education, University of Colombo and is the Head of the Art Department at the Colombo International School.
