Prolink Atom Netbook introduced

A local company recently introduced a netbook (portable computer) at a price it claims is 'unbelievably superior' to others in the market. Sala Enterprises has advertised its Prolink Atom Netbook at an all-inclusive price of Rs. 46,900.00.

This portable computer, also known as the Prolink Glee TA009, features an Intel Atom N270 processor clocked at 1.6 GHz, 160 GB hard disk, 1GB DDR2 RAM, a 10.1" TFT LCD display, and all weighing 1.1 kg with a thickness of 1.8 cm.

According to Managing Director of Sala Enterprises, Chinthaka Wijewikrama, the product, which is said to be 'capturing the world by storm', is geared for "ultimate mobility due to its compact size. The Prolink Atom Netbook, is backed by our reputed after sales guarantee".
