Robert Gordon University delivers more than 300 courses to approximately 14,000 full and part-time students from 120 countries in subjects as varied as the arts, architecture and the built environment, business management, engineering, pharmacy, health and the sciences.
Over the last decade Robert Gordon University has consistently had one of the best records of any UK university for graduate-level employment and was quoted in The Times Good University Guide 2010 as the best modern university in UK - for the second year running. In the 2008 Research Assessment Exercise (RAE), we were the best modern university for research in Scotland with world class research in 11 disciplines. Indeed, 73% of the University's research receives international recognition.
Our growing reputation for excellence in key areas of applied research is reflected in the number of world class researchers the University now boasts of and as a result we are one of the top 20 modern universities for research in the whole of UK.
