Coca Cola signs up another CBA (trade union related) pact with staff |

Coca Cola Beverages Sri Lanka Limited entered into a Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Ceylon Mercantile, Industrial and General Workers’ Union (CMU) recently. “The partnership reinforces its relationship with employees by entering in to a yet another CBA covering their staff cadre,” the company said.
Coca Cola maintains a healthy working relationship with its all trade unions promoting harmonious and active employee involvement in day to day activities and was bestowed with a special award for its Employee Relations and People Administration at the recntly concluded National HR Awards. The Collective Bargaining Agreement was signed for a two year period effective from April 1, 2010. |
