Crook and chase country countdown on Lite FM

Sri Lanka’s premier adult contemporary radio station, Lite FM will launch a new programme - The Crook & Chase Countdown, which is hosted by Lorianne Crook and Charlie Chase. The four-hour program is currently heard on nearly 200 stations across the U.S. and now Lite FM is proud to bring this show for all its country music lovers in Sri Lanka.

Lorianne Crook and Charlie Chase have hosted successful radio and television programmes together on a continuous basis for more than 25 years and is one of the longest running broadcast duos in the Country music industry.

After establishing successful, individual broadcast careers, Crook and Chase joined forces in 1983 as hosts of the syndicated TV show, This Week In Country Music. In 1989, Crook and Chase ventured into radio with the debut of The Crook & Chase Countdown. Each week, the Nashville-based duo counts down the top thirty Country music songs as they welcome the biggest stars in the industry and some of them include George Strait, Lady Antebellum, Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood.

So get ready to experience a country show like never before filled with lots of country music and news by joining Lite FM every Saturday from 2pm – 6pm for the Crook and Chase Countdown on 89.2fm in Colombo, 98.2fm in Kandy, 92.5fm Down South , 90fm Islandwide and streaming worldwide on www.litefm.me.
