Lankan culinary experts in Oman

The students of the ‘Advanced Level professional Cookery 2010’ batch of the Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management (formerly Hotel School) have been offered a short stint to try out their culinary skills at the Asia Beach Games to be held in Muscat , Oman.

The culinary team is guided by their cluster head senior lecturer Reza Deen and Kushan Kellapotha, lecturer. The picture shows the team just before their depature to Oman last month.
