Navara Capital Ltd entered into a memorandum of understanding with the Bank Finance and Insurance Institute of Nepal (BFIN) to act as Exclusive Strategic Partners for each other in their respective countries. Signed on the sidelines of the APIB convention. The agreement covers areas of Consultancy Services, Research, Training, Education and Information Technology allied services provided by the organizations.
BFIN was established in 2018 and promoted by 16 national Institutions of Nepal including Commercial Banks, Development Banks, Finance Companies and Capital Market Companies with the aim to enhance the skills and capabilities of Financial Services sector employees and other stakeholders.
Founded in 2008 Navara Capital is a leading Investment Banking company with operations in Sri Lanka and New Zealand with an excellent track record of operations. The company offers a wide range of services to Sri Lankan and international clients, including Corporate Advisory and Strategy Consulting, Capital Market Services, Mergers and Acquisition Advisory, Insurance Broking, Distress Company Investment, Resurrection Advisory and Strategic Investment Consultancy. The Agreement is expected to contribute to enhance and promote closer ties between the financial services sectors of the two SARRC countries. Dr. Harsha N de Silva (MD-Navara Capital Ltd) and Dr. Binod Atreya (MD- BFIN) signed the agreement on behalf of the organizations.
