The students of Brisbane International School were awarded the National Award for their winning video entry at the 'Your World" video competition organized by the British Council, Colombo for the year 2024.
The student-led video production explored the theme of 'Climate Change - from Crisis to Action,' where the Advanced Level student-body created a creative and well-informed, three-minute composition to demonstrate a positive social action project within their immediate community.
Seen below are the student winners at the award ceremony held recently, along with the Principal of BIS, the Teacher-In- Charge of the project and Mr. Dominic Hudson, Director of Exams at the British Council, Colombo.
