Dhammika led Hayleys buys 75% in Fentons

  Diversified conglomerate Hayleys PLC bought 75 per cent in Fentons Limited, a leading integrated solutions provider for Building Systems and ICT infrastructure on Monday initiated by one of Sri Lanka's biggest entrepreneur/businessman, Dhammika Perera.

This is the second major deal within 5-days hot on the heels of Mr. Perera increasing his presence in the healthcare sector after buying a larger stake in Nawaloka Hospitals (NHL) last Thursday. He owns 24 per cent in NHL. Mr. Perera told the timesonline that he bought private company, Fentons Limited to strengthen Hayleys' logistics and solutions businesses.
