Access Group founder Sumal Perera will assume duties as Chairman of Sathosa Motors Ltd with effect from April 1, the company said on Wednesday in an announcement in the Colombo Stock Exchange. He takes over from Ajita de Zoysa who is retiring from the position on March 31. Mr. Perera’s former position of company Managing Director will be filled by Tilak Dias Gunasekera, currently the company’s Executive Director. - ENDS -
