Upul Shantha Sannasgala has launched the Book Fiesta Sanna @ Barista programme to create a space for discussions among readers at book launches.
"No Stopping or Turning Back," launched at Barista in WTC, Colombo saw a lively evening of coffee and intellectual discourse unfolding over eight hours, a departure from the traditional book launch experience in Sri Lanka.
This initiative aims to foster an environment for continuous dialogue among those who have read the book - a way to spark lively conversations about the book and the buzz spreading from city to city.
The Book Fiesta Sanna @ Barista programme also introduces Sri Lankans to the concept of selling books in a cafe. The book "No Stopping or Turning Back" is now available at every Barista cafe in the country.
