It’s About Time 2.0 – (IAT 2.0) a travelling exhibition that invites visitors to engage critically and empathetically with Sri Lanka’s post-independence history will be on at Colombo’s Public Libray from August 18-23.

Through immersive storytelling, hands-on exhibits, and interactive installations, the exhibition aims to challenge istorical narratives and foster a deeper understanding of the country's complex past and its relevance to the present.

‘Texture Matters’ an exhibition of weaves by Marie Gnanaraj is now on at the Barefoot Gallery in Colombo 3 and will continue until Sunday, August 24.

Both a retrospective and a living studio, the exhibition focuses on the designer’s journey through her woven works and experiments with form and structure.

Homecoming of the Wild Line by Rasitha Sanjeewa will be on at the Harold Peiris Gallery of the Lionel Wendt Art Centre on August 22nd, 23rd and 24th.

The Ambalangoda born artist Rasitha Sanjeewa’s new body of work continues his celebrated Dialogue concept, where each painting serves as a visual conversation-layered.

Raising their voices in song: Soul Sounds Academy Senior Community Choir will present ‘Why We Sing’ at the Club House, Havelock City on August 23 at 7 p.m. There will be a guest performance by the Soul Sounds Academy Parents Choir.
