Nineteen Ruhuna University students accused of ragging and sexual abuse of a fresher have been remanded until November 20 on orders issued by the Matara High Court.
They face four charges for violating the Penal Code and the Ragging Act.
Court had rejected the bail applications filed on behalf of the suspects.
