Court of Appeal dismisses 20 writ applications on rejected nominations

News

The Court of Appeal today dismissed 20 Writ Applications against the rejection of nominations for the Local Government elections.

The applications were rejected without hearing them.

Accordingly, the number of Councils for which now elections have been held has further increased.
