Direct flights from Paris and Zurich launched

Air France has launched direct flights between Colombo and Paris Airport - Charles de Gaulle (CDG) from today (5), Airport and Aviation Services Sri Lanka Private Ltd said.

Air France will fly to Bandaranaike International Airport from Paris directly thrice a week. Their latest schedules and fares are available on www.airfrance.in

Swiss International Air Lines made its inaugural flight to Bandaranaike International Airport from Zurich today. The inaugural flight from Zurich to Colombo, LX 8064 operated by an Airbus 340 touched grounds at 7:45 a.m. and was welcomed by a celebratory water cannon salute upon arrival at BIA. Swiss International Air Lines will operate direct flights between Zurich and Colombo on a weekly basis.
