The Federation of University Teachers’ Association (FUTA) are set to call of their boycott on marking of the 2022 G.C.E Advanced Level examination answer scripts after they are given an appointment with President Ranil Wickremesinghe.
Prof. Shyama Banneheka Chairman of the FUTA said they are expected to announce their decision after they meet with the President.
The FUTA, is yet to given an appointment with the President.
The FUTA members had taken a decision to call off their protest campaign at a discussion the members held today.
