The definitive agreement on debt treatment between Sri Lanka and the Export-Import Bank of China has been reached, according to State Minister of Finance Shehan Semasinghe, who met with Vice Minister of Finance Liao Min in Paris.
State Minister Semasinghe said that the procedures for signing the implementing agreements are in progress in a post on “X” (formerly Twitter).
