The cabinet has granted approval to sign a finance corporation agreement between the Hungarian and Sri Lankan governments to gain concessionary finance facilities to carry out development activities.
Under the agreement two fly-over bridges are to be built at Gatambe and Kohouwala areas. These two fly-over bridges are to be guilt as a solutions traffic consignation in Muththettugala railway Cross Road and Hiripitiya junction, Pasyala junction, Negombo Maristella junction and Thalawathugoda junction of the national road network
According to the agreement concessionary finance facilities would be gained through the Exim Bank, Hungaria to carry out the development projects.
