Four persons including three students drowned when their boat capsized in Kokkadicholai, Batticaloa today, Police said.
A 29 year old teacher was the fourth person drowned .
The final rites of veteran broadcaster, writer, and lyricist Nirmala de Alwis will be held today at Peradeniya.
