President Ranil Wickremesinghe has appointed Justice R. M. Sobitha Rajakaruna as the Acting President of the Court of Appeal (CoA).
Justice Rajakaruna took his oath of office this morning (16) at the Presidential Secretariat in the presence of the President.
This nomination will hold till the current President of the CoA, Justice Nissanka Bandula Karunaratne, returns from overseas.
