Two new Chief Secretaries were appointed for the Western and Sabaragamuwa Province today (December 27) by the President.
The President, Ranil Wickramasinghe, appointed the Chief Secretary for the Western Province as Pradeep Yasaratne.
Mahinda Sarath Weerasooriya has been appointed as the Chief Secretary of the Sabaragamuwa Province.
The appointments would be effective from Sunday (January 1, 2023).
