A new application form has been issued with regard to process permits for the ingress, discharge, transhipment and clearance of vessels carrying dangerous cargo to Sri Lanka by the Ministry of Defence.
The Ministry said the new application form for this purpose and the shipping companies can be downloaded from the ministry website.
Customs have detected 228 mobile phones and tabs valued at over Rs 30 million left behind in the duty free shopping complex at the Banaranaike International Airport today, Customs officials said.
