No power cuts today, earlier decision reversed
There will be no power cuts today as the technical failure at the privately-owned Sojitz Kelanitissa power station has been addressed and repairs done, the Ministry of Power announced.
Earlier today, the CEB announced a zone-wise one hour power cut between 5.30p.m. and 9.30 p.m. due to the sudden breakdown at the power station.
