WATTALA: Two people arrested for possession of a tear gas canister stolen during a protest at Polduwa.
WELLAWATTA: One person was killed and another injured due to an accident with a train.
RATNAPURA: A 32 year old arrested for obstructing police duties in a petrol station.
WATTALA: A 29 year old arrested for stealing 13 bikes.
WATTALA: Two people arrested for possession of a foreign produced active hand bomb, 655g of ganja and 5g 300mg of heroin.
BOGAHAKUMBURA: A 42 year old arrested for unsafe storage of 91 litres of petrol.
MATARA: A 33 year old arrested for unsafe storage of 4070 litres of diesel.
COLOMBO CRIME DIVISION: A 50 year old arrested for possession of 20g 380mg of heroin.
HOMAGAMA: A 45 year old arrested for possession of 5g 150mg of heroin.
MALABE: A 34 year old arrested for possession of 5g 200mg of heroin.

Temperature set to increase to ‘Caution level’
