Police have arrested the suspected gunman who shot and killed at Hijra Mawatha, Polonnaruwa on November 5.
Polonnaruwa Police yesterday arrested the suspected gunman. Further investigations led to the recovery of a locally-made firearm along with seven live rounds of ammunition suspected to have been used for the crime.
The suspect is a 46-year-old resident of Kaduruwela. Polonnaruwa Police are investigating.
