The final draft of Budget 2025 was reviewed by President Anura Kumara Dissanayake ahead of its presentation to Parliament tomorrow.
Secretary to the Ministry of Finance Mahinda Siriwardana attended the meeting today with the President,who is also the Finance Minister, at the Presidential Secretariat.
The President will present his Government's maiden Budget to parliament tomorrow (February 17) at 10.30 a.m.
The final rites of veteran broadcaster, writer, and lyricist Nirmala de Alwis will be held today at Peradeniya.
