Rev. Fr. Cyril Gamini Fernando is to appear before the CID again today (22), police said.
Police said Fr. Fernando is summoned to appear before the CID at 9.30 am.
Fr. Fernando was summoned to the CID on two previous occasions with regard to the complaint made by State Intelligence Chief Suresh Sallay.
