The Supreme Court has directed the police to formulate guidelines for police officers and Attorney at- laws when representing their clients at police stations.
The directive came as per Supreme Court Fundamental Rights (SCFR) 411/2021
application. The public and civil activists are encouraged to provide their ideas and suggestions.
