Lawyers of the Samagi Jana Balawegaya today lodged a complaint with the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) about the circulation a forged letter containing the signature of the Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa.
The letter had mentioned that Mr Premadasa was taking part in a debate with the JVP Leader Anura Kumara Dissanayake on the Independent Television Network.
SJB lawyer B. Siriwardena said that a separate complaint also had been made earlier on a similar forged letter.
