Sri Lanka Insurance Life (SLIC Life) has called for applications for its Suba Pathum Scholarships. In 2014, SLIC Life initiated the ‘Sri Lanka Insurance Life Suba Pathum Scholarship’ programme for the children of its Life policyholders across the country. This year the scholarship scheme will be rewarding 225 students, who excelled in the Grade 5 Scholarship, GCE Ordinary Level and GCE Advanced Level examinations. 75 top ranking students will be selected from each of the three examinations.
Eligible students for the Subapathum Scholarship, based on their performance in the Grade 5 Scholarship, GCE Ordinary Level, and GCE Advanced Level examinations, will receive financial scholarships of Rs. 20,000 for five years, Rs. 40,000 for two years, and Rs. 50,000 for three years, respectively.
Applications can now be submitted through the SLIC Life website up to March 31. Only online applications will be considered for this scholarship programme.
