In the 24 hours, a total of 337 election-related complaints were recorded, Election Commission said.
Of these, 336 were related to violations of election laws, while one incident of violence was reported.
These complaints were managed by both the National Election Complaints Management Center and District Election Complaint Management Centers, with a majority being received by the district centers.
Since the start of the election period on July 31, 2024, a total of 5,551 complaints have been reported. These complaints are primarily related to violations of election laws, with 5,407 incidents of this nature, alongside 110 acts of violence.
The District Election Complaint Management Centers have handled a significant portion of the total complaints, receiving 3,769 of the overall reports. In comparison, the National Election Complaints Management Center received 1,782 complaints, most of which were also related to election law violations.
As of now, the Election Commission has successfully resolved 4,929 of the 5,551 total complaints.
However, 622 complaints are still under investigation or in the process of being addressed.
