A voter who photographed his ballot paper at a polling booth in Beruwala is due to be produced in court tomorrow.
The voter was arrested at the Nalim Haddjiar Balika Vidyalaya after he was spotted taking a photograph using his mobile phone. He had already marked his vote.
An official had complained to the police officer at the booth and the suspect was arrested. He is being held overnight by the police. (By Sarath Siriwardena)
