The proceeding of the Avant -Garde have been terminated by Colombo Additional Magistrate Nishantha Peiris today and the travel ban imposed on Avant Garde Chairman Nissanka Senadhipathi has been removed. The CID informed court that it does not wish to proceed with the case further.
