A 23-year old Bangladeshi woman was arrested in Dehiwela yesterday (Dec 15) over the possession of heroin worth Rs 338 million.
Police Spokesman S.P. Ruwan Gunasekara said that the haul of heroin weighed 32 kilograms.
The arrest was carried out by officers of the Police Narcotics Bureau.
An Attorney at law and his wife was shot dead in the car park of a super market in Akuregoda today evening.
