Bond Commission says can't compel Aloysius to testify

The Commission of Inquiry into the treasury bond issue today ruled that it cannot compel owner of Perpetual Treasuries Limited, Arjun Aloysius to testify before it. 

Accordingly, it informed Counsel for Mr Aloysius, Gamini Marapana PC, to notify to the Commission tomorrow if his client is willing to give evidence.
