The draft for amending the National Authority Act on Tobacco and Alcohol is to be presented in parliament today. Health and Indigenous Medicine Minister Rajitha Senaratne participating at a media briefing held in Colombo yesterday said that although an attempt was made to present this draft act on several occasions during the previous regime, these attempts were proved futile.
