The Ministry of Education has issued a list of guidelines to schools on how to protect schoolchildren from the coronavirus.
The Ministry's guidelines s are issued in line with recommendations given by the Health Ministry and includes advise to wash hands using soap and to sneeze or cough into a tissue or a handkerchief.
It has also stated that according to the prevailing situation, there is no need for healthy students to wear surgical masks on a daily basis when coming to school.
The Education Ministry says any schools that require further information can contact the office of the Medical Officer of Health nearest to the school or by the Education Ministry's Health and Nutrition Unit on 0112-784872 / 0112-784163.
