Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) General Secretary Dayasiri Jayasekara commenced giving evidence before the Parliamentary Select Committee (PSC) looking into the Easter Sunday attacks a short while ago.
Mr Jayasekara was summoned by the PSC to clarify matters relating to statements he had made to the media regarding the Easter Sunday attacks.
M.N. Ranasinghe, Secretary to the Ministry of Education and Senior Deputy Inspector General (SDIG) - Easter Province, Kapila Jayasekara are also due to testify before the PSC today.
